Does Frequent Volume Pinging Work For SEO and Traffic?
I think this means when you don’t have a new post, pinging more than once actually hurts you rather than helps. However, I think that pinging every time you have a new post does help and does increase your traffic by search engines for SEO.
So each time you post, be sure you ping… The goal again is to drive traffic to your blog and results in an exponential increase in reader community and this could happen by posting then pinging, getting more readers, posting and pinging again, and so on.
Now hopefully, those initial readers don’t drop off and if you continue to get more and more then eventually this should have a snowball effect which is the dream of all bloggers. The viral blogging affect of compound blogging, I guess you can call it, will help your site volume over the long run.
