This is easy.  To ping Feedburner manually, and give them an update that you’ve updated your blog – so they can in turn update your RSS feed, simply go to the link above and enter your blog site address and click on the “Ping Feedburner” button.

Then, give it a minute or two, visit your feed and refresh your browser if you don’t see it updated yet.  You should see your feed get updated after refreshing.

If you’re using the WordPress WP Super Cache plugin, your feed may not update this fast, as there seems to be an issue based on its caching versus it allowing your latest posts get burned by your feed.  I disabled mine and it fixed my issue.

Once I get the loads of traffic I want, I may reactivate WP Super Cache – but for now, it seems to affect me even getting to that level.
